How do I know how many weeks of coaching I need?
Every situation is unique, and we will discuss your goals during your free development consultation call. Also know that a client who actively works on her “homework” in between sessions will see results more quickly than a client who relies only on the weekly sessions.
What kind of “homework” will I be assigned?
Homework is simply a mindfulness task that helps you be more aware or intentional about your thoughts and behavior to move you toward your goals.
What is the frequency of coaching sessions?
Whenever possible, it is best to meet weekly for approximately one hour. This keeps you accountable to your progress. However, I understand scheduling conflicts sometimes occur and we can find another day/time that week or resume the following week.
Do you coach only entrepreneurs and business professionals?
No! I coach anyone who wants to adopt a growth mindset, overcome her limiting beliefs, and take action toward her goals, whether personal or professional.
Will our sessions be confidential?
Yes. Whatever you share with me in a coaching session is confidential. (We will go over specifics of confidentiality when we begin working together.
Do you offer a payment plan?
If you choose a 6-week commitment, you will pay the full amount by the first week we meet. If you choose a 12-week commitment, you will pay half by the first week we meet and pay the remainder by the seventh week we meet. (Please note that the 12-week commitment does offer a cost per session savings.)
Do you offer a referral program?
Yes! I offer a $50 gift card of your choice as a thank you for each referral. I will send you your gift card shortly after the person you’ve referred makes her first payment.
