This initial consultation is time for us to get to know each other a bit, discuss your development goals, and determine if we are a good “fit.” (When you hire me as a coach, you are also getting a resource, cheerleader, sounding board, and accountability partner. It’s a unique relationship and that is why “fit” is so important!)
